Shared Shuttle
$95 per passenger – One Way Minimum 8 confirmed passengers required per departure.
Private Charter – Logan Airport Only
$800 One Way (Flat Rate) Vehicle reserved exclusively for your group. Full payment required at time of booking via Square. Reservations are not confirmed without payment.

Logan Airport Service Schedule
Morning Loop
5:00 AM – Departure from Western Massachusetts
10:00 AM – Return from Logan
Afternoon / Evening Loop
2:00 PM – Departure from Western Massachusetts
8:30 PM – Return from Logan
Springfield Pickup Location:
Amtrak Entrance – Lyman Street
Springfield Union Station
Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
MINIMUM PASSENGER POLICY
Each shared shuttle departure requires a minimum of 8 confirmed passengers.
If the minimum is not reached:
- Passengers will be notified at least 24 hours in advance
- Option to upgrade to private charter service
- If declined, a 100% full refund will be issued
Return trips from Logan to Western Massachusetts also require a minimum of 8 confirmed passengers to operate.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
- 24+ hours before departure → 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours → No refund
- No-shows are non-refundable
Passengers traveling to the airport cannot reschedule same-day departures due to fixed flight schedules.
All schedule change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
TRAVEL GUIDELINES
- Arrive 15 minutes early
- 1 suitcase and 1 personal item per passenger
- Arrive at Logan at least 2 hours before domestic flights
- 3 hours before international flights
- Provide airline, flight number, and departure time when booking
Border Ground Transportation is not responsible for missed flights due to late passenger arrival or traffic conditions beyond our control.
